Under his strategic and values-driven leadership, the institution has grown into a respected educational brand, now operating four branches across the Philippines and extending its footprint internationally through partnerships and branches in Nepal, Singapore, and California, USA.

Holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology, Dr. Cruzada brings a deeply human and holistic approach to education.
